Returns & Exchanges

At Trunk Clothiers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and Trunk Clothiers tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
